The unique Hanabanilla Lake with mountain regions and characteristics of the country’s landscape, ideal for nature lovers, located in the municipality of Manicaragua, Villa Clara province.
The Hanabanilla has a water mirror of 14.9 square kilometers, and between 30 and 40 meters deep on average, with an altitude above the sea of 364 meters and a potential of storage around 300 million cubic meters.
In Aboriginal language its name is interpreted as "small basket of gold", a reflection of the natural wealth of the region. It occupies the place formerly known as Valley of the Siguanea, where settled by Galician emigrants centuries dedicated fundamentally to the cultivation of coffee. The Hanavanilla is the ideal place for lovers of Sport fishing.

Is our trip to La Villa de la Santísima Trinidad this was the third town founded by the Spanish Crown in Cuba, at the beginning of 1514. The town was founded with the presence of the Adelantado Diego Velázquez de Cuéllar, and was evolving rapidly, allowing him to be one of the most prosperous of the Greater Antilles. It is one of the best preserved not only Cuba's colonial cities, but also from America, was inscribed in the list of the world heritage by Unesco along with the Valley de los Ingenios in 1988, an area where the sugar industry with the arrival of the Iznaga Borrell and Brunet families towards the middle of the century flourished XIX.1
This sugar production, which enriched the owners of these mills, did they arise both in Trinidad and in the Valley, large houses and mansions that are now the pride of the Cuban culture. The date of its founding is celebrated each year with a week of la Trinitaria culture; in January 2009 was celebrated the birthday of the city.1 495
History Museum: located in the old Palacio Cantero, whose former owner was Don José Mariano Borrell and register a local landowner, is subsequently inherited by Don José Mariano Borrell and Lemus and in 1841 sells it to the widow of Iznaga, Doña María de el Monserrate Fernández de Lara y Borrell, which latter married Don just Germán Cantero, name by which the Palace is known. This beautiful museum displays pieces and historical documents of the villa.

The Niche, located in the Parque Guanayara, belonging to the mountain massif of Trinidad (also known as Sierra del Escambray) in the province of Cienfuegos is a paradisiacal place combining the green of the vegetation, rivers, waterfalls and picturesque peasant villages. Undoubtedly the Niche is one of the most beautiful of the central region.
Dozens of waterfalls and natural ponds, in virtually unspoiled spot, tucked away between the mountains lies the niche, a wonder of nature.
